WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss is recovering after revealing that she was recently diagnosed with skin cancer. Alexa, who has recently been absent from the WWE, said on social media that she had some cancerous spots removed. Since her cancer diagnosis, she has advised her fans to check their skin. WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss Advises Fans
On Twitter, she acknowledged that she had undergone cancer treatment and advised others always to have their skin checked. She shared more details about how she discovered she had skin cancer.
“There was a spot on my face yes – that had gotten worse,” she wrote. She added that she went to get a biopsy only to find out it was basal cell carcinoma. She proceeded with the procedure and said she found other squamous cells.
“Was a quick and easy procedure. Glad I always get my skin checked,” she concluded.
Many of Alexa’s fans expressed their concern for her as they asked her how she was feeling. In response to one, Alexa wrote, “Thank you! Don’t worry, short healing time.” She went on to advise, “Always get your skin checked! Esp if you are in the sun or use tanning beds!”
When another fan asked Alexa if she had seen spots that caused her to get checked, she also responded. “There was a spot on my face, yes.”

Alexa Bliss Updates Her Instagram Followers
Alexa Bliss also shared the details about her skin cancer on her Instagram story. She posted a photo of herself where she had a bandage on the side of her face.
“Dear younger me, You should have stayed out of tanning beds,” she wrote before adding that she is, “All clear now though!”
She also tagged American Skin Institute in the post and thanked them for taking great care of her.
Alexa, however, appears to be doing very fine now. Hopefully, she will be back in the ring soon.
