There will be a new Victor Kiriakis, which was previously played by John Aniston on Days of Our Lives. John Aniston may have passed in real life but his character lives on in the soap opera. It will be hard to find someone to play such a merciless and cruel character as Aniston played it. Since Aniston’s death, Bo’s been on the run with Kayla in Greece. Kayla realized that Bo wanted his sister to finish Megan’s youth serum, for money and power of course. This is out of character for Bo, but it is more like Victor Kiriakis in Days of Our Lives. Peter Reckell talked with Soap Opera Digest about his character’s arc. Megan had been drugging him and this leads him on a journey to Greece. Bo took Kayla with him as he tries to unravel the Kiriakis part of his gene pool.

John Aniston Played a Character too Good to Discontinue Just Yet

John Aniston Played Victor Kiriakis.

Victor Kiriakis is being revisited through his son Bo in Days of Our Lives. Kayla is not crazy about Bo’s journey of self-discovery. He wants to make a name for himself and become rich and powerful like his callous father. It appears that Bo is trying to replace both Victor Kiriakis and Stefan in the soap opera. He has already threatened his own sister into helping him. Bo has shown his violent side and for now, Kayla remains by his side because she believes he won’t hurt her. Bo looks to be the new Victor Kiriakis in the soap opera. John Aniston played a classic Days of Our Lives character that has too much of a legacy to throw away. It’s through his son Bo that his ruthless ways will continue, but there could be hope for Bo. One way or another John Aniston’s legacy is felt.
