After the release of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, fans have eagerly awaited more content to help fuel the gaming side of the franchise. With the sequel Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, this triple-A title is one of the most anticipated games coming in early this year.
Meet the Cast of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
With a new Star Wars game on the horizon, it can be a good idea to evaluate who is returning to be heard in the Star Wars: Jedi Survivor cast. This game returns us to the role of Cal Kestis from the previous game, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Joining this character and the talent behind them is a unique cast of characters, some new and old. Let’s take a look at the case of this highly anticipated game.
1. Cameron Monaghan as Cal Kestis
Cameron Monaghan returns, playing his role as Cal Kestis from the previous game, Jedi: Fallen Order. Throughout his career under the spotlight of many roles, he’s taken on voice acting, acting, and even modeling. Starting as a child actor, he began his relatively long filmography in 2002 with The Wishing Stone. Despite his skill in the previous Star Wars Jedi game, his work primarily consists of acting rather than voice work. He has appeared in many television roles, starring in NCIS, Law & Order, and Vampire Academy. Some of his more notable, recent roles include repeat guest star appearances in Gotham, the DC Comic’s based series. There he plays Jerome and Jeremiah Valesk, who are viable hands in creating that show’s Joker character.
2. Daniel Roebuck as Greez Dritus
Another character making a return from the previous game is Daniel Roebuck. He plays Greez Dritus, a pilot under the employ of Cere Junda. Daniel has been a part of many films and TV shows, including The Late Shift, Mork and Mindy, and The Unauthorized Story. Older roles you may recognize include his place as a Romulan on Star Trek and his many roles in NCIS and Law And Order. Daniel specializes in horror media and is known to write and create things related to the horror genre when not acting.
3. Debra Wilson as Cere Junda
Debra Wilson is a voice actress who will be providing her talents in the role of Cere Junda. Cere Junda is one of the many scattered of the Jedi Order who live in seclusion after Order 66. As a Jedi Knight, she’ll play a definite part in the next game, continuing her mentor role to Cal Kestis as the story progresses toward the rise of the Galactic Empire. She’s won several awards for her work, including for her roles on MADtv. She received three NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
4. Tina Ivlev as Nightsister Merrin
Tina Ivlev also returns to the series, taking back her role as Nightsister Merrin. She is an American actress who has a robust career, appearing in shows such as Shameless, NCIS, and Grey’s Anatomy. During her role as Nightsiser Merrin, she took on the voice lines of the powerful force user well, making a great impression as one of the game’s main characters. In the Star Wars Jedi series, Nightsister Merrin is a member of the Nightsisters, a group of force-wielding women who live on Dathomir. Critics praised Tina’s performance with Nightsister Merrin for its depth, which made her a beloved returning voice actress for the series.
5. Noshir Dalal as Bode Akuna
Noshir Dalal is a voice actor who has appeared in many video games throughout his career. During Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, he’ll play the role of Bode Akuna, Cal’s companion, throughout the adventure. Because his voice acting career is quite long, he may not be quite a surprise for the role. Dalal has voiced many popular characters, some of which you may recognize. Games you may recognize his voice talent include Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Marvel’s Avengers, Destiny 2, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Because of his range as a voice actor, it’s no surprise he’ll be providing his talents for Star Wars: Jedi Survivor. He recently showcased his talent in Horizon Forbidden West and Saints Row 2022.
