All Seeds in Roots of Pacha and How to Grow Them

Growing seeds and crops is your livelihood in the prehistoric-themed village-building simulator Roots of Pacha. Since the game is set in early civilization, finding seeds isn’t as easy as going to the store like in Stardew Valley or Dreamlight Valley. It still beats hunting for legendary ostriches though. Our Roots of Pacha guide will help you find all the seeds and teach you how to grow them on your farm. By the end, your green thumb will rival the Hulk’s.

How to Grow Seeds in Roots of Pacha

To grow seeds and start farming in Roots of Pacha, there are several steps that you need to take. First, find the wild plant in its native areas. For example, if you want to plant Garlic, you must look for it in the Savanna. When you harvest a wild plant, you will get one Wild-quality crop and one seed for that particular plant. Foraged plants will be marked on the map and can be harvested once a few days have passed.

Now that you have obtained the seed head back to the Village and plant it in the fields on the left side. Water the seeds using the Waterskin and use the Handaxe to clear out any debris. Do keep several things in mind, though:

1. Crops gathered from the Village’s farm will not give you seeds.
2. Crops and plants out of season will instantly disappear from the farm.
3. Harvesting crops will increase your clan’s knowledge about the plants.
4. There are five levels of crop qualities:
   • Wild.
   • Normal or domesticated.
   • Good, indicated by a black circle icon.
   • Better, indicated by an orange-colored triangle.
   • Best, indicated by a yellow plus icon.

You can also buy seeds from Igrork once you have built the Plant Nursery Idea. The Plant Nursery will be unlocked once you have given Igrork five of any crops from the farm and then waited for two days. Each seed will be sold for 20 Contribution, and Igrork can only sell you seeds you’ve collected once before.
