Lying in Rust is the 11th quest in chapter one, “In the Withering Wintry Night.” You need to be at level 16 and complete the “The Past Will Return as an Avalanche”mission to gain access to this quest and meet Natasha at Rivet Town.

As mentioned earlier, this is a straightforward mission that you can complete, however, the rewards are pretty good and worth the effort. Once you complete the mission, you can get 200 Trailblaze EXP, 5 Adventure Logs, and 8,000 Credits.

You can complete this mission in Honkai Star Rail by giving Natasha the supplies and meeting and discussing with companions and Oleg. As you can see, the steps are straightforward:

  1. Talk to Natasha and give her the supplies you found at the River town, a Box of Rubbing Alcohol, a Box of particular painkillers, and a Box of Metal Plates and Bandages. You have to tell Natasha that Clara has taken out some painkillers. But she will not be upset. Also, she will join the party.
  2. Meet up with your companions,ย  March 7th, and Dan Heng, who were waiting for you with Oleg. Oleg wants to talk about Svarog.
  3. Discuss the plan to bring down the Svarog, and you will complete the mission.

Once you complete the mission, you can take the next Trailblaze Mission, “To Rot or To Burn,” once you reach level 18. To complete Lying in Rust in Honkai Star Rail, you must complete these steps. The rewards for completing this mission are pretty good and worth the effort. However, beware, beating Svarog might be a bit tough. So as mentioned in the discussion with your companion, be prepared for a tough battle. However, don’t forget to have fun and enjoy the game. Also, you can check the gameplay video below by Zelgraz to better understand the mission.
