You can get one Light of Blessing each time you complete a shrine. This is the only way to get Light of Blessing in the game. Shrines are located across the world and can be identified by a small stone structure with a green light. You will find a challenge and several reward objects when you complete the shrine. Among these will be a Light of Blessing.

There are 152 shrines in the game, and they act as fast travel points to speed up the exploration. Shrines are not new to the game; if you have played Breath of the Wild before, you are already familiar with them. There are many types of challenges inside this shrine, such as puzzles, combat training, Rauru’s Blessing, and quests, as well as some proving grounds that require Link to defeat constructions that guard a particular shrine.

Using  Lights of Blessing in Tears of the Kingdom

Once you have collected four Lights of Blessings, you can go to the Goddess Statue and change them for more heart containers or higher stamina for Link. Nearly a dozen Goddess Statues are scattered around the map, most located in villages such as Rito, Kakariko, Hateno, and Lurelin.

Even though Light of Blessing is a recurring item from the previous game, it is still vital for progression. The in-game description defines Light of Blessing as “A crystal that glows with a light that purges ancient evil and purifies with its radiance.”

To get them, you must travel worldwide, completing various shrine quests. Some of these shrines are very easy to complete, while others need some grinding. Whatever the case, after you solve the shrine’s puzzles, you will be rewarded with Light of Blessing.
