So if you’re ready to complete Kadaunar Shrine (Water Makes a Way) in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, we will help you.
Where To Find Kadaunar Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
As we said, to get to Kadaunar Shrine, you must go northeast of Great Sky Island in the South Eldin Sky Archipelago area. You will probably need to unlock the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower first. After that, you can reach the semi-destroyed islands connected by rails. Reach the cruciform sky island, where you will find a stone entrance to the Kadaunar Shrine. Also, the image above will help you to find the accurate shrine location.
While the Kadaunar Shrine is simple and fast, you’ll have to use almost all of Link’s abilities to complete it. But here are all the steps you need to complete to complete Water Makes a Way in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
- After entering the shrine, go down the stairs to a large room with a lava lake. Hit the hydrant to activate it and use the Ultrhand to move it over the lava and make stone slabs. Create an improvised bridge.
- However, at this stage, there is another solution. You can create stone slabs, carry them to the shore and stick them together. Thus, you will make a more durable bridge, which will also come in handy for you in the next step. By the way, endless slabs spawn to the right of the lava lake. So you don’t need a hydrant in the middle of the room.
- Once you reach the other side, grab your pre-made bridge (or make it by sticking some stone slabs) and place it on the ledge to your left. Climb the bridge and open the chest to get a Strong Construct Bow.
- Go down the bridge and go in the opposite direction from the chest. Grab one stone slab and Rusty Claymore to the left of the stone wall and fuse them with Fuse ability. After that, break the stone wall to go further.
- Entering the next room, take the hydrant using the Ultrahand ability, place it on the bridge, and activate it. You only need one stone slab. So you can create more here or skip this step and pick up one slab from the previous room.
- Next, use Ultrahand again to pick up the stone slab and place it on the lava as close as possible to the final altar. Since the lava in this room flows like a river, the slab will float in your direction.
- Jump down to the stone slab once it approaches, and then use the Recall ability. The slab will float towards the final altar, and you can complete this shrine.
Finally, go to the altar to complete the Kadaunar Shrine and get another Light of Blessing.
