You can get Heart Containers in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom by exchanging four Lights of Blessing at any Goddess Statue. The Goddess Statues are NPCs scattered all over the map, and around 15 are in the game. Most of these Goddess Statues are in villages such as Rito, Kakariko, Hateno, and Lurelin. You can exchange Lights of Blessings you have collected at these statues and obtain Heart Containers or Stamina Vessels. They will increase your health and stamina in the game. Here are the steps you need to follow.

  1. Go to any Goddess Statue on the map and interact with it.
  2. Select Heart Container and click yes. In exchange for four Lights of Blessing, you will get a Heart Container in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
  3. Do the same with Stamina Vessels. Select Stamina Vessels and click yes to get a Stamina Vessel in exchange.

How To Get Lights of Blessing in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom?

You can get Light of Blessing by completing shrine quests. Shrines are like mini-dungeons in the game, with 152 shrines across the Hyrule. Each shrine will give you one Ligths of Blessign, and you must collect four to exchange them for the Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels. These shrines include various tasks for you to complete, including skill training, quests, puzzles, and more. Once you complete one Shrine, you will get one Light of blessing and other rewards such as weapons and items.

Obtaining Heart Containers in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is integral to the game when Link encounters more formidable enemies. Because the basic health level you acquire at the beginning of the game might not be enough to face those tough enemies. So, visit the shrines often and upgrade your Heart Container to have enough health to survive.
