Want to know how to complete The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes’ side quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? Every player can get a lot of cool armor and weapons as they progress through the Tears of the Kingdom story. But side quests will help diversify your arsenal and wardrobe. For example, shortly after the start of the story, you can complete The Treasure of the Secret Springs quest to get a Vah Medoh Divine Helm with a Cold Resistant effect. But moving further in the story, you can get the same helmet with the Fire Resistant effect. To get this helmet, you must complete The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and we will help you with this.
Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes Walkthrough
To accept The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes quest, complete the Yunobo of Goron City quest line. After that, you can visit Goron City in the Eldin area again and talk to the old man named Bludo. After a short conversation, the Bludo will tell you about the treasure in the cave, and you will accept The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes.
Luckily for the players, this side quest won’t take long. To complete The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you must blow up the entrance to the cave and collect your reward. Here’s how to do it.
- Head northeast from Goron City, slightly north of Death Mountain (you can find the cave coordinates in the image above). However, you can use fast travel to Sibajitak Shrine. Then go quite a bit in a southwest direction to get to the entrance to the cave.
- You will see the entrance to the cave and stones pile blocking the path. Approach it and use the Sage of Fire Yunobo or the arrow with the Bomb Flower to blow up the stone pile and unlock the passage.
- Enter the cave and go straight until you find a chest in the middle of a small lake.
- Open the chest, after which you will receive Vah Rudania Divine Helm and complete the quest.
As we said earlier, Vah Rudania Divine Helm gives Link a good defense and Fire Resistant effect. So this is what you need to visit any lava locations.
Tears of the Kingdom is available on Nintendo Switch.
