You can get Electric Keese Eyeballs in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom by eliminating Electric Keese. The best locations to farm plenty of them are caves such as Sahasra Slope Cave and North Akkala Beach Cave. Because most of the time, when you try to enter these caves, a hoard of Keese will fly away from it, making it easier to target any players looking for Keese Eyeballs. Also, if you offer fruit at a Cherry Tree, you will get all the cave locations in the area. This makes it very easy to find the Electric Keese you need. However, make sure you go for the hunt at night since these creatures are only active at night.
