Welcome to a guide on how to get Time Bomb devices in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom! In this article, we will help you with these Zonai Devices, which can be used to damage enemies, activate Zonai contraptions, and destroy barriers using powerful explosions. Mastering the use of Time Bomb devices will provide you with a significant damage tool against enemies and allow you to activate Zonai contraptions while also demolishing barriers. So, let’s dive in and discover the ways that lead to these coveted devices.

Time Bomb Devices in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom – How To Get Them?

(Updated on October 3, 2024 – updated links and format)

To acquire Time Bomb devices, you must get to the Sky Islands, where the Device Dispensers can be found. These dispensers hold a bunch of Zonai Devices, including the coveted Time Bomb. However, before you can claim this explosive tool, you must first provide the dispenser with a Zonai Charge or Soldier Horn. Doing so will grant you a Zonai Capsule, in which lies a random Zonai Device. It is important to note that using the dispenser multiple times will provide you with all the possible devices it contains, including Time Bomb devices.

Each dispenser is associated with a respective shrine and can be found on the sky islands in different regions of Hyrule. To easily reach the sky islands, use the Skyview towers located nearby to launch Link into the air. Once airborne, simply use the paraglider to glide smoothly toward the sky islands and get your Time Bomb devices.

Here are the coordinates and screenshots where to find them:

  • The Taunhiy Shrine Device Dispenser is located on Courage Island in Hyrule Ridge Sky. Coordinates: -2365, 0787, 0611
