By finding out how to complete Village Attacked By Pirates in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you can dispel the myth that pirates have wooden legs or hook hands. In Hyrule, there are bosses or monsters in certain areas, but sometimes enemies come from outside to attack the villages. In this side quest, there are many pirates in groups of 5 in Lurelin Village. Your mission will be to defeat them and save the lives of many villagers.
How To Start Village Attacked by Pirates in Tears of the Kingdom
To begin the Village Attacked by Pirates in Tears of the Kingdom, visit the Lookout Landing General Store, where you will find Garini engaged in a conversation filled with worry alongside Mubs. Approach Garini and he will share the cause of his distress. He has received news about his village being raided by pirates and requests your assistance in gathering information from the village foreman.
To begin, travel in the southeast from Necluda until you reach Lurelin Village, home to Mubs and Garini. Upon arrival, seek out a character named Rozel, the village chief, who will provide valuable information.
Rozel can be found outside Sifumim Shrine on a hill near Lurelin Village. This location was chosen because the village was Attacked by Pirates and lacked nearby villages for refuge in Tears of the Kingdom. Therefore, waiting on the hill was deemed the safest option.
Once you decide to assist the village, proceed to the central area of Lurelin Village and initiate the battle. There, you will notice a ship in the center. The pirates are scattered throughout, often in groups of five. You may encounter Blue Bokoblins, Black Bokoblins, and Black Lizalfos among the pirates.
How to Defeat the Pirate Monster Forces in Village Attacked by Pirates
Before embarking on the island’s liberation, it is crucial to remember that if you perish in battle, the mission progress will reset. Therefore, we highly recommend carrying multiple weapons and having your armor upgraded by a Great Fairy at least once. These preparations are essential, with numerous enemies to confront and a lengthy fight ahead in Village Attacked by Pirates.
Ensure you have high-quality food items like truffles and fortified pumpkins in your inventory. When used in a dish, these ingredients will provide a defense boost and grant extra hearts upon consumption. If you are short on resources, gather Hyrule Herbs and palm fruit to create a recipe that enhances the number of hearts restored.

Initially, focus on eliminating the monsters guarding the village entrance, followed by those along the coast. Leave no enemies alive in your path, as they may launch surprise attacks when your attention is elsewhere. To defeat the foes on the boat, ascend the long ladder and slide down to the skull-shaped area. From there, utilize your bow to eliminate them from above while evading the rocks they throw. You can also use the explosives on top of the ship.
While completing Village Attacked by Pirates, you may have overlooked a hidden pirate if you observe that the Monster Forces have not been completely eradicated. Proceed to the center of Lurelin Village and locate a well-positioned in front of house resembling a destroyed ship. Once you identify this well, descend into it. Within that type of cave, you will encounter the last missing monster required for the liberation.
Across the shoreline from the village, a sequence of wooden planks can be used to access a submerged chest. Inside the chest, you will discover an Island Lobster Shirt.
After successfully eliminating all the pirates that had taken over the village, head back to Lookout Landing and talk to Garini. He will thank you for saving the village and bringing information about his people. You’ll receive a Mighty Salt-Grilled Crab after finishing this conversation.
