In the past few weeks, leaks have been spreading about what could be a new character model for Wriothesley in Genshin Impact. Many players compare this new character to a darker version of Sampo from Honkai Star Rail. But his clothing could combine Diluc and Kaeya from Genshin Impact.

It’s not new that HoYoverse games share or have certain aspects and characters from each other. For example, we have the case of Seela in Honkai Impact and Seela in Honkai Star Rail. So many Honkai Star Rail fans are excited to have a version of Sampo Koski in another game. Sampo has gained a considerable fan base thanks to his unique personality. So far, the only information we know, thanks to the concept art, and the character model, is that the name of this character will be Wriothesley and that his vision will be Cryo or Pyro in Genshin Impact. Also, because of his color palette and his possible visions, other players think that Wriothesley could be related to Rosaria. Since Rosaria is a Cryo character with an edgier style, she doesn’t share the same color palette with her vision.

Wriothesley’s arrival at Genshin Impact will take much longer than we would like; we must remember that it is only a leak of the character’s model. HoYoverse has not said anything about it, so we must wait for official information from the company’s media. The developers are in a hurry with new updates, banners, and re-runs coming in the following game versions. While many are hooked on Honkai Star Rail, Fontaine’s arrival will surely bring many players back to Teyvat.
