You can find the Carved Out Heart of the Towering Twins in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom at the Dueling Peaks. The exact location is shown on the above map. Here are the steps you need to follow.

  1. Go to Dueling Peaks Stable and talk to Penn.
  2. Go to the locations shown on the above map.
  3. Rescue Zelda.
  4. Defeat Yiga Footsoldiers.
  5. Talk to Penn.

1. Going To Dueling Peaks Stable and Talking to Penn

Go to the top of the Dueling Peaks Stable and talk to Penn. He will say the Yiga clan has kidnapped Princess Zelda and left a message saying. “We have taken Zelda to the carved-out Heart of the towering twins! The “towering twins” refers to the Dueling Peaks.

2. Going to the Locations at Dueling Peaks

The Carved Out Heart of the Towering Twins in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is located on southern Dualing Peak, and when you approach, you will see the torches lit on there. The easiest way to travel is to go to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and glide to the area from there.

3. Rescuing Zelda

Once you approach the Carved Out Heart of the Towering Twins in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you will see Princess Zelda imprisoned in a cage. Use the Ultra hand ability and lift the cage. Then you will realize the message was sent to bring Link to a trap, and It is a fake Princess Zelda. The Fake Zelda instantly reveals her true face as Yiga Footsoldier and attack Link.

4. Defeating Yiga Footsoldiers

There will be around four Yiga Footsoldiers; you can easily defeat them using the sword and bow.

5. Talking to Penn

Once you have defeated them, Penn will come and talk to Link. You will receive 100 Rupees for completing the side quest.

This side quest does not take much time. The only challenge is identifying the Carved Out Heart of the Towering Twins in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Once you know the exact locations, it is easy to complete this side quest.
