One of the best games of this summer is Dave The Diver. This game brings a lot of things from other titles and combines them to make an original game that’ll attract all kinds of gamers. There are rogue-like elements, farming mechanics, a restaurant management minigame, and much exploring. For the latter, it is important to be prepared lest you want to perish in the depths of the Blue Hole. One of the best items you can get in Dave The Diver is the UV Light, and in this guide, we’ll tell you how to use it and find it.

While you won’t be using it often, the UV Light item is necessary when exploring the depths of the Blue Hole in Dave The Diver. To use it, you need to get it first while diving and then equip it. You can activate it by pressing LB if playing with a controller. The benefit of this item is that it’ll make Tubeworms hide. This is great as you’ll get the chance to explore new places without any issues. We recommend you manage the energy of this item as it has 20 seconds of battery life.

Where to find the UV Light?

You’ll come across the UV Light while diving into the depths of the Blue Hole in Dave The Diver. This item is usually in the same spots, so you won’t have to look everywhere for it. Again, it isn’t an object you’ll use often, but you must have it with you if you want to explore certain areas. As mentioned, it is crucial to manage the battery to avoid blocking your path and staying in certain zones. If that happens, you can always return to the boat but risk losing all your hard-earned loot.

And that’s all we have on how to use and get the UV Light in Dave The Diver. This game is a gem and one that every player should try. This title has so many genres that it is impossible to get bored while playing. Even if the game is short, there are many activities to do for those aiming to 100% this title. Hopefully, the game will get more content in the future as the developers keep working on this surprise indie hit.

Dave The Diver is available now on PC through Steam, with a Nintendo Switch release coming later in 2023.
