The Crown faction has another task for you; the Low-Light Combat Training DMZ mission. This is a kill objective, where you need to take down some poor and unwilling-to-die AI targets in the Koschei Complex‘s Chemical Plant section. However, the challenging part of this mission is fighting in the low light. The Chemical Plant area is dark, but you shouldn’t use Night Vision Goggles in this assignment. Curious about how to complete this Tier-2 mission? Here’s how!

What Are The Objectives of The Low-Light Combat Training DMZ Mission?

  • Kill five enemies without the NVGs in the Chemical Plant section of Koschei Complex.
  • Burn five enemy soldiers in the Chemical Plant.

Killing AI targets is like walking in the park in DMZ mode. However, they might be much harder to eliminate while in the dark of the Chemical Plant. Now to start this mission, you need to know that there’s a way to complete both objectives at once.

First, you need to equip Thermite or Molotov lethal in your inventory. You can find them in the loadout menu of the DMZ mode before starting the match. Also, remember to bring a Munition Box field upgrade with you. Now once you are deployed in the Al-Mazrah, look for more of these lethal, or store more Munition Boxes in your backpack. You’ll also need to find jumper cables and a car battery as well.

After you’ve found the resources, it’s time to make some Al-Qatala barbeque. Head toward one of the Koschei Complex entrances, and get inside. Proceed until you reach the Chemical Plant’s bunker door. Then open it by placing the jumper cables and the car battery inside a power box next to the bunker. Welcome to the dark. Here you’ll find level 3 enemy soldiers with armor plates, and you need to burn 5 of them without using a Night Vision Goggle to finish the Low-Light Combat Training DMZ mission.

First, you need to equip your Molotov’s and Thermites. Store more than two of them in your backpack and equip the other two as your lethal. Now, find the enemies, or just wander around, and they’ll find you. Shoot the poor AI soldiers until their armor gets broken, and then throw one of your lethal at them. It’s best to gather more than one of them and throw the Molotov or Thermite between them.

You should also note that there’s an alternative way to complete this mission. Instead of using your burning lethal, you can use the Dragon Breath ammo-type attachment for the shotguns like the Bryson 890. This is much easier to burn the enemies, but a Molotov or Thermite will take down your targets faster; it’s your call.

Once you’ve burned five targets, the Low-Light Combat Training DMZ mission is complete. You can now exfil with an elevator in the Chemical Plant or just continue your adventure inside the Koschei Complex. However, remember that you won’t need a successful exfil to accomplish this Crown faction’s objective.
