You can find his shop next to Cafe every 3rd and 8th. It’s open from 12:00 to 18:00 and sells items you won’t find in most places. There are also some clothes you can buy here. Their prices range from 500 to 10,000g. You can choose the one that fits your budget. Outfits sold in Van’s Shop are:
