It wasn’t until the trailer commenced that we discovered that there was something quite sinister ahead of us. Developer Salient Games invites us to their new horror experience with Gore Doctor, where madness meets ultraviolence. Fans of the Outlast games and Saw films should feel right at home, for the bloody terror that awaits them in the dark will be familiar. Survive the Nightmarish World of Gore Doctor
In short, the Gore Doctor follows the small tale of a physician going completely insane. Due to his wife’s declining health, the doctor goes outside his moral barriers to keep her alive. That is, until she succumbs to her illness, turning the doctor’s entire life upside down. As fate turns a dark corner, so does the player as they stumble upon the doc’s demented institute.
In the attached footage, we get to witness some of the madness that occurs within the institute. Complete with blood-stained environments, tortured foes, and odd secrets, Gore Doctor is essentially a madhouse that gracefully delves into extreme horror territory. Proceed with caution when watching this trailer. It is quite bloody for the purpose of giving potential Gore Doctor fans a decent idea of what to expect.
