Want to know how to get Obsidian Gemstone and complete Warmth and Comfort quest in WoW Dragonflight? With the Dragonflight addon release, World of Warcraft received even more powerful dragons and dozens of new quests. And while the story and campaign are essential, sometimes it’s worth putting aside feats and helping to create a better nest for little dragons. During the Warmth and Comfort quest, you’ll visit The Obsidian Citadel and Zaralek Cavern to collect some obsidian dragon nest materials. One of the materials is Obsidian Gemstone, and we’ll tell you how to get it in WoW Dragonflight.

Where To Find Obsidian Gemstone in WoW Dragonflight

To get Obsidian Gemstone in WoW Dragonflight, visit The Obsidian Citadel in Waking Shores and talk to NPC Archivist Edress. This NPC is a small red dragon, which you will find to the right of the stairs leading to the throne. Luckily, you won’t have to do any assignments or give anything in return. After learning about your task, Archivist Edress will immediately give you Obsidian Gemstone, after which you can go to the other materials.

It is worth noting that some players will not find the Archivist Edress by visiting the specified location. In this case, you will have to complete the Obsidian Citadel quest chain and only then continue the Warmth and Comfort quest.

How To Complete Warmth and Comfort WoW Quest

While Obsidian Gemstone is easy to obtain, you will need two more materials. To set up a nest for baby obsidian dragons and complete the Warmth and Comfort quest in WoW Dragonflight, you also need 5 Warmed Coal and 1 Crystalline Shell. Here is where you can get these materials:

Warmed Coal. You can find Warmed Coal among the rocks at the foot of the Obsidian Citadel by killing Qalashi Necksnappers. In addition, you can get this material by collecting black coal piles in the same area.
Crystalline Shell. As for Crystalline Shell, you can get it by talking to NPC Terryn in Zaralek Cavern. You will find this NPC near the central building, and after a conversation, he will immediately give you the item you are interested in.

To finish the quest, you only must return to Little Scales Daycare in Valdrakken and place all the materials following the in-game hints. Finally, talk to NPC Agapanthus near Lasztak to complete the Warmth and Comfort quest and receive 10 Flightstones as a reward.
