What is the full achievement list for Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart on Steam? Rift Apart is the latest entry in the popular Ratchet and Clank action-shooter series. The game focuses on the titular duo going to an alternate dimension to stop Doctor Nefarious and teaming up with a new character called Rivet. Rift Apart initially launched as a PlayStation 5 exclusive in 2021 and received acclaim for its gameplay and visuals. A PC port of the game was released this year on Steam, featuring a new list of PC achievements.
