Yes,ย Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3ย Zombies mode has been confirmed by the developers. This mode will be available once the game launches on November 10, 2023. And this means that the players won’t have access to this mode in the early access version of the game. But is this mode related to the events from theย Black Ops Zombiesย universe?
The first game to ever contain a zombie mode in theย Call of Dutyย franchise was theย World At War, which served as a prequel toย Black Ops 1. This WWII game had many DLC packs, which all had a Zombies mode map with new perks and features. Fans’ positive reviews on this game mode marked the continuation of the zombie storyline in theย Black Opsย series. We saw the latest narrative of this mode withย Black Ops Cold War.
Now, the important thing is that the story connection between theย Modern Warfareย universe andย Black Opsย was revealed inย Cold War. And that means the story ofย Black Ops 1ย andย Cold Warย are canon toย MW, MW2, and presumably, theย MW3ย as well. With that in mind, does this mean that theย MW3ย Zombies storyline is also connected to theย Black Ops Cold Warย Zombies?

The news of confirmation of theย MW3ย Zombies was announced viaย Call of Duty‘s official YouTube channel. However, there are no details about this mode’s story. This is also not the first time that we see a Zombies mode on a game from Infinity Ward. So, we just have to wait until the release of official trailers and teasers of theย MW3ย Zombies mode in the upcoming weeks.
