You can get Frigibax in Pokemon Go by participating in the Pokemon Go Ultra Unlock event. Frigibax will be found in the wild during this event, and you will encounter it more frequently. Frigibax spawn rate increases a lot with the weather conditions. You will be able to encounter Frigibax more often in Snowy and windy weather. Also, Frigibax will be available to hatch from 10 km Eggs.
How To Evolve Frigibax into Arctibax and Baxcalibur in Pokemon Go
You can evolve Frigibax into Arctibax and Baxcalibur by using Frigibax Candy. It is the only way to get Arctibax and Baxcalibur in the game now. You have to use 25 Frigibax Candy to evolve Frigibax into Arctibax, while it will take 100 Frigibax Candy to evolve Arctibax into Baxcalibur.

Is It Possible To Get Shiny Frigibax, Arctibax, and Baxcalibur in Pokemon Go?
Unfortunately, you can not get Shiny Frigibax, Arctibax, and Baxcalibur in Pokemon Go. Niantics has not released a shiny variant of these three Pokemon yet. So, if you want shiny versions, you must wait for Niantics to release them.
Not only these three Pokemon, Nymble, Lokix, Pawmi, Pawmo, Pawmot, and Bombirdier are also debuting in the game during this event, and all of these Pokemon will not have Shiny variants except Bombirdier.
However, you can catch some other shiny Pokemon during the Adventures Abound Special Research, Paid Timed Research: I’ve Got Your Back, and Ultra Unlock bonus: Timed Research. Some are Lechonk, Hoppip, Houndour, Buizel, Fletchling, Turtonator and Kleavor.
The new Pokemon Go event brings many exciting opportunities for the players. Although shiny variants are unavailable for all the new Pokemon, Niantic may introduce them in future updates.
