We’ve seen Pokemon getting some weird-shaped creatures in the latest entries, but one of the strangest ones has to be Archaludon. We don’t say this as something bad; instead, we think it’s strange to see a bridge-like Pokemon. However, there’s a reason for that. In one of the last Pokemon showcases, we got information about the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask and Indigo Disk DLCs and some new creatures, including Archaludon. This Pokemon is the evolution of Duraludon, and if you can’t wait to get it now that the first part of the DLC is out, we’ll tell you if you can capture it.
Can You Capture Archaludon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask DLC?
The short answer is no. You can’t capture or find Archaludon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask DLC. The official website for this Pokemon claims trainers can find this creature during the Indigo Disk DLC, which means we’ll have to wait a bit longer until its arrival. Given its original yet weird form, many want to get their hands on it to see how it plays competitively. One of the strangest features is its ability to turn into a bridge, and we can’t wait to see what that’ll bring to the player-vs-player environment.
How To Evolve Duraludon into Archaludon
There’s no information regarding how to evolve Duraludon into Archaludon right now. We imagine we’ll see the process to evolve this Pocket Creature once the second DLC release date gets closer; however, we only know that it’ll arrive in Winter 2023.
One thing we’re excited about is the evolution method, as this generation has brought some fun ones, and we think Archaludon won’t be an exception. Plus, players speculate its evolution will be tied to the new area coming with the Indigo Disk DLC in and around Blueberry Academy.

How To Get (& Use) the Unremarkable Teacup in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask
While the lack of Archaludon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask makes many players sad, there’s much more to see in this new piece of content for the games. Trainers worldwide can travel to Kitakami, a Japanese-themed island full of mysteries and new legendary Pokemon. Another thing to look forward to in this DLC is the return of many Pokemon from Kanto and other past regions. While Paldea’s Pokedex is great, veterans of the series might want to make their team with some classic creatures. If that’s your case, don’t hesitate to buy the new DLC, which is available now on Nintendo Switch.
