Given the fact that you are provided with countless opportunities to join different factions in Starfield, there are also a lot of ways to go about them. With respect to Ryujin Industries, the final quest, Executive Level, is the last thing stopping you from being their top operative. Considering that, we have outlined exactly how to complete Executive Level in Starfield as well as what kind of rewards you get as well as theย Starfield Executive Level outcomes.

You can obtain the quest on Neon, which is located on Volii Alpha within the Volii system. Before being able to start it, you will have needed to complete Complete Sabotage. The quest itself isn’t a difficult one to execute so we wrote out what each objective in the quest is as well as how to complete them below:

  1. Lobby Board Members.
    • You will need to speak with the Board Members and have them vote on the Internal Neuroamp and Infinity LTD. Follow the quest markers to get to their individual locations and get their answers. You have the option to manipulate some of the Board Members if you so choose so that you can get the result you would prefer.
  2. Attend The Meeting.
    • As the objective states, you will need to actually attend the meeting.
  3. Wait For Everyone To Arrive.
    • After attending the meeting, wait for everyone that you spoke with to arrive to cast their votes. The topic of Infinity LTD will be the first to come up with the Internal Neuroamp being the second.
  4. Talk To Masako.
    • Following the meeting and having heard about everyone’s votes, you will need to speak with Masako in order to complete the quest and receive your rewards.

Decisions In Executive Level

The two decisions that we discussed above are outlined so that you would know the Starfield Executive Level outcomes:

  • Internal Neuroamp
    • This decision is about whether or not Ryujin Industries should eliminate the internal Neuroamp.
  • Infinity LTD
    • This decision will be about whether Ryujin Industries should acquire Infinity LTD.

Your actual decision doesn’t affect the main story, so the one that you actually make will be really up to you to decide.

Rewards For Completing Executive Level

For completing Executive Level, you will receive the following:

  • 13,500 credits
  • CQB-X
  • 350 EXP

You can use CQB-X to get an additional 25% in melee damage for five minutes.
