You can actually come across the Ryujin Industries kiosk early in your adventure in Starfield. The kiosk has a touchscreen where you can communicate with the company directly. However, you won’t officially join the company until you land on Neon.

Neon, as the name suggests, is a cyberpunk-fueled city with bright lights. Neon is found on the Volii Alpha planet. As soon as you land in Neon, you can accept the Back to the Grind quest. After choosing the mission, head to the nearest Ryujin kiosk and fill in an application. It doesn’t matter what you put in, and after sending the application, you can have a follow-up with Imogene.

You will then have an interview to join Ryujin. While you can fail the interview, selecting the best answers is pretty easy to discern. Just make sure to choose the answers that make you come across the most confident.
