As you progress through Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, you will be able to unlock the Relic skill tree. At that point, you will be able to collect different Relic Points through a variety of different means. There are exactly 14 you can find throughout the game, some of which are given to you as part of story missions.
There are a total of 14 Relic Points that you can obtain in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, though only nine of them come from outside story-based missions. You’ll be given the first three that you obtain via Songbird after V unlocks the Relic skill tree. Another two of these Relic Points will come from within the Birds With Broken Wings mission.
Relic Point 1
The first of these Relic Points is in the EMC Petrochecm Stadium. Quite literally fast travel to the fast travel point and walk down the stairs, past the Militech cruiser. You’ll want to go up the stairs on the other side of the cruise and when you reach the top, climb another set of stairs directly in front of you to find this Relic Point.
Relic Point 2
The second one is across from The Heavy Hearts Club past a walkway that connects the club to another building on the second floor.
Relic Point 3
The third Relic Point will be within a few abandoned warehouses on the east side, just south of the EBM Petrochem Stadium.
Relic Point 4
Just south of where you found the third one, you will be able to find the fourth Relic Point underneath a highway, hidden behind a few people who just happen to be loitering there.
Relic Point 5
The fifth point can be found on the map above in the first basement floor of a parking garage. When you enter, make a left and you should be able to see it hidden behind a small slab of wall.
Relic Point 6
The sixth Relic Point is located within an abandoned mall on the second floor, also hidden behind a small slab of wall.
Relic Point 7
The seventh Relic Point requires you to travel to the Kress Street fast travel point. Here, you can find the seventh Relic Point directly behind you at the end of a short tunnel.
Relic Point 8
This one is a little tricky to find as you will need to travel deep into a container yard. You will be eventually led into a room that has the Relic point inside. It’s dark, so as long as you are paying attention to the blinking lights and sounds, then you’ll find it easily.
Relic Point 9
The final Relic Point that you can find is just south of the second one, but on the other side of The Heavy Hearts Club. This time, it is located within a dilapidated building that can be reaching by climbing the sides of it.
