Diablo 4 Season 2, Season of Blood, has arrived, bringing new seasonal content to the dungeon crawler, including a new seasonal system called Hunter’s Acclaim. This season has a focus on vampires and vampire hunting, which is where the new Hunter’s Acclaim system comes into play. This system offers rewards for participating in the season’s new event: the Blood Harvest. Completing activities will reward Hunter’s Acclaim, which can be used to level up your reputation and earn rewards. These rewards include legendary gear at the higher end, so it’s definitely worth the effort to unlock all of the rewards. Here’s every reward you can earn and the best way to maximize your time grinding for Hunter’s Acclaim.

What is Hunter’s Acclaim in Diablo 4 and How It Works

Hunter’s Acclaim boards can be found in the five major hub cities in each region of Diablo 4, marked by a new icon with a green leaf on it, denoting that it is a seasonal system. These boards are where you can turn in a new resource called Hunter’s Acclaim, which can be earned by completing activities in the new season event, the Blood Harvest. The Blood Harvest works similarly to Helltides, with a specific region of the map being marked green for a limited period of time. In the Blood Harvest, you can find random enemy spawns, villagers to save, and Bloodseekers–vampiric versions of the five playable classes–all of which reward you with Acclaim.

The fastest way to earn Acclaim is by hunting down Bloodseekers, as these enemies can drop up to 100 Acclaim, while most enemies found will only drop a small amount, if any. The fastest way to find Bloodseekers is to look at the Tree of Whispers tasks in the Blood Harvest, as one of the ones that can appear has you slaying Bloodseekers. If that Whisper isn’t available, you will need to just explore the region and search for Bloodseekers, although you will earn a decent chunk of Acclaim by clearing out anything in your path during your search. The Blood Harvest and its Whispers reset every hour.
