Even though the world of Palia offers a wide variety of species of fish and insects, sometimes it can be hard to find a specific creature without knowing their habits and habitats, and the Garden Snail is one of them. As an Uncommon insect, this snail has a bright green shell and a small body that serves as its natural camouflage. The Garden Snail can be hard to spot, but you can find it throughout most Bahari Bay areas. However, if you want to turn Garden Snail hunting into a stable source of income, you should know a little more about this snail.

As we said, Garden Snail lives exclusively in Bahari Bay. More precisely, you can only find this snail on the southern sea coast or in the dense forests in the north of the location. The Garden Snail prefers a humid climate or terrain where it can make the most of its camouflage.

Based on the above, first of all, you should visit the coastline of Bahari Bay and visit such locations as Beachcomber Cove, Lighthouse Lagoon, and Coral Shores. The bright green body stands out against the background of yellow sand. But also check shallow water, as this snail can crawl right in the water. However, once you get used to the appearance of this creature, you can go to the northern part of the region. Search the trees and grass near the Statue Garden, Flooded Steps, Proudhorn Pass, and the Thorny Thicket, and you will find some Garden Snails.

How To Catch Garden Snail

Once you spot the Garden Snail, you must act fast before it hides in the sand or underground. Throw a Standard Smoke Bomb and repeat the throw if necessary. The good news is that the Garden Snail is very slow, and even after it notices you, it will slowly crawl in a straight line for some time. So you won’t have any problems catching him. However, we recommend getting a high-level Belt as quickly as possible to improve the quality of your loot.

How To Use Garden Snail in Palia

Even though Garden Snail won’t reward you with Silk Thread when caught, this creature still has a ton of uses in the world of Palia:

  • Firstly, you can sell it for 36 or 54 Gold if you catch the Quality version.
  • You can also give this snail as a quest item or gift to NPCs such as Jel, Elouisa, and Auni.
  • Finally, you can adopt this creature as a pet by placing it in a terrarium.

To sum it up, here’s what you need to know about Garden Snail in Palia:

  • You can find this snail along the coast and forests of Bahari Bay.
  • To catch it, you will need a Standard Smoke Bomb.
  • Snail can be a good source of income, but you can also adopt it or give it to some NPCs.
