Remedy Entertainment’s upcoming Alan Wake 2 has fans hungry with excitement. Thirteen years after the original, many of the actors who played roles in the original are returning to reprise them. Alan Wake – Matthew Porretta
Matthew Porretta returns to portray the titular Alan Wake. He won’t be portraying the live-action version of the character, but his voice will be instantly recognizable once you hear it in-game. Funny enough, he also portrays Dr. Casper Darling in Remedy’s Control.
Saga Anderson – Melanie Liburd
Melanie Liburd will be portraying the second protagonist in the game, Saga Anderson. She is an actress with credentials in television shows like This is Us and Power Book II: Ghost. She will also be portraying the character’s physical appearance.
Mr. Door – David Harewood
Well known for his roles as J’onn J’onzz / Martian Manhunter and Hank Henshaw / Cyborg Superman in Supergirl, Harewood has appeared in other video games lie Battlefield 3 as Captain Quinton Cole and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare as Staff Sergeant Usef Omar.
Alex Caset – James McCaffrey
This is definitely not James McCaffrey’s first rodeo in video games, as he was the voice of Max Payne in the Max Payne series. He is also well-known for his portrayal of Jimmy Keefe on the television show Rescue Me.
Ahti – Martti Suosalo
Ahti was a character from Control who returns in Alan Wake 2 alongside his voice actor, Finnish musician Martti Suosalo. He has no video game credentials besides the character though has appeared in films such as Aapo and Rentun Ruusu.
Kiran Estevez – Janina Gavankar
Janina Gavankar returns to video games this year with both Alan Wake 2 and Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical. She has also appeared in shows such as Big Sky and True Blood.
