To get the Sawed-Off Shotgun, you must wait until you are in the chapter titled The Heart. Here, you will be back at Cauldron Lake, where you will need to head over to the General Store. There will be a cutscene in which a Taken cultist will burst through the previously locked back door of the General Store. In this room, you’ll see a shotgun case on the far-right wall with a combination lock on it as well as a sticky note that says, “Check in with Lady Fortuna at the Counter.”

You will then need to head over to the dilapidated front desk of the General Store, where you will see that a notepad and a lottery ticket are interactable. The notepad with have several three-digit numbers written on it, all starting with a seven, as well as a reminder to change the combination of the lock in the back room.

When you take a look at the lottery ticket, the numbers on it correspond to the numbers written on the notepad, with the next one in the sequence being 739. When you plug the number 739 into the lock, you’ll be able to unlock the Sawed-Off Shotgun. Once you unlock it from its case, you will also be rewarded with the Bring It trophy.
