Running around Sandrock isn’t necessarily the most ideal mode of transportation in My Time at Sandrock. Fortunately, there are a few different mounts that you can ride to get from place to place easier than ever. There’s a mission that Elsie gives you shortly after that game begins that teaches you how to ride and rent mounts. Once you’ve completed that, then you’ll have access to three different mounts and color combinations to ensure you’re riding in style!

How To Unlock Mounts In My Time at Sandrock

As we explained above, you need to wait for Elsie to teach you how to ride after completing the mission titled Farewell Party. She’ll show you how to rent a mount for a week as well as how to ride it anywhere you’d like. You can only rent the horses, with the option to buy them for your very own stable being an option once you have a stable built. You are able to rent:

  • Horses
  • Yakmels
  • Camels
