How to Craft Beam Drone

If you like Drones in Risk of Rain Returns, then you should definitely try Beam Drone. As you may have guessed, it is a more powerful version of the Laser Drone that can pierce through enemies. Also, in addition to being a great weapon, it is required for getting the Amplified achievement and unlocking the Laser Turret.
So, to get a Beam Drone in Risk of Rain Returns, you need to first find 3 Laser Drones. But be prepared for the fact that this may take quite a long time since they spawn quite rarely from the second stage to the final one.
Then, you must fight your way through enemies while protecting your Drones from damage. If one of them breaks you will have to fix it or find a new one. You should continue like this until you find the Drone Combination Station.
It looks like a blue station with several robotic arms. Use it with the 3 active Laser Drones, and you will get a more powerful Beam Drone in Risk of Rain Returns. By playing as an Engineer, you will also get the Amplified achievement and unlock the Laser Turret.
Where To Find Beam Drone
The good news is that you can use an alternative method to get Beam Drone in Risk of Rain Returns. If you can’t find enough Laser Drones, you should check the location near the Bridge in the final stage. There is a small chance that a Beam Drone will spawn there. But to use it you will have to pay more than 3000 Gold. So the first method is preferable.
