For fans of life simulators and decoration, Genshin Impact implemented those mechanics in its 1.5 version with the Serenitea Pot. The Teapot is a housing mechanic where players can place their “home,” a main building with rooms to decorate. For the outside, you can organize furniture and playable characters as well. In addition, the Serenitea Pot has its own missions, achievements, and even a store. Initially, the Teapot looked like Mondstadt or Liyue, but leaks show that the Fontaine realm could soon be coming to Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Might Place Fontaine Teapot Realm Underwater
(Updated on September 26, 2024 – updated links and format)
With the introduction of the Serenitea Pot in Genshin Impact, players got the designs of Floating Abode, Emerald Peak, and the Cool Isle. With the new versions, the Teapot got the Silken Courtyard, the Inazuma realm, and Sublime Spicewood, which belongs to Sumeru. But when the game released Fontaine, HoYoverse introduced one of the most innovative mechanics, allowing players to dive and learn the mysteries of the seabed.
If the Genshin Impact leaks are accurate, in the Fontaine realm, players will have their Teapot set at the bottom of the sea. It even seems that to move quickly between the parts that make up the realms, there will be Underwater Currents replacing the bridges or light trails that are in the other layouts.
Another important part of the Serenitea Pot design is the Default Mansion, the main building. This Mansion is the only place to interact with and use as a house; the other facilities are only for decorative purposes. For the Fontaine realm of the Teapot, Genshin Impact seems to have designed their Mansion in the style of the same nation. It will be a building with the same architecture as the Court of Fontaine, similar to The Steambird. How we can get this layout has yet to be revealed, but it may come in the following versions of the game.
