In Season 1 of Modern Warfare 3 there are a few new attachments for weapons that players can get. One of the best of them is the JAK Purifier flamethrower. You can put this on certain weapons to burn your enemies foolish enough to cross your path. So here is how you can unlock the JAK Purifier attachment in MW3.

JAK Purifier is an Aftermarket attachment that was added in Season 1. This is a flamethrower attachment that players can use to burn nearby enemies as well as shoot them. Getting this attachment, however, will require some grinding.

The JAK Purifier is the final reward of Sector A14 in the Season 1 Battle Pass. In order to reach the sector you must have already cleared and completed Sectors A9, A13, and A15, and collect their rewards as well. Once you’ve done that, complete Sector A14 to unlock the attachment.

In order to use the attachment, however, you must have a weapon that can be converted. To explain it simply, you can only convert weapons that are already fully leveled up. Also, you cannot install this attachment on every weapon. You can check the weapons that are compatible with the JAK Purifier attachment in the following:

  • Holger 556
  • MCW
  • MTZ-556
  • SVA 545
  • RAM-7
  • DG-56
  • MTZ-762
  • BAS-B
  • Sidewinder
  • Riveter

Pick what weapon you want to install the attachment on and then max it out. Afterward, you can install the attachment from the Gunsmith menu in the game and start torching enemies on the battlefield.

That was everything about the JAK Purifier flamethrower attachment in Call of Duty MW3. We are publishing new guides and articles every day, so make sure to check our website regularly.
