Through all of the horrendous and bone-breaking expeditions you can experience in GTFO, you can encounter a total of 23 monsters. They each vary in difficulty and abilities. As a result, you need to prepare differently for what you can possibly expect in each rundown. Let’s dive into all GTFO enemies and monsters and rank them by difficulty.
23. Striker
The Striker has a damage output of 12% with its powerful tongue attack. With a relatively low health standing at 20, it becomes a prime target for players seeking to defeat it. Stagger HP is set at 5, making it susceptible to strategic moves. The Striker exhibits average speed, and while its threat level is generally low, it can elevate to medium when encountered in groups. To maximize damage, aim for its weak points located at the back (2x), head (3x), and occiput (6x). Encountering the Striker is also a pretty common occurrence.
22. Shooter
The Shooter possesses a 5% damage rate per projectile, with a medium health pool of 30. Its stagger hit points are set at 5, making it moderately resilient. The character moves at an average speed, leaning towards the slower side. In terms of threat level, it falls into the low to medium range, particularly when encountered in groups. Players can strategically target weak points for increased effectiveness, with the back being worth double damage, the head at five times, and the occiput with a tenfold damage multiplier. The Shooter is also commonly encountered in GTFO.
21. Scout
The Scout has a 4% projectile damage rate. Sporting a medium health pool of 42, it exhibits a slow pace during patrolling and shifts to an average speed when engaged in combat. Its stagger hit points stand at 5, emphasizing its resilience. Recognized as a high-threat entity, the Scout presents weak points at the back (2x), head (3x), and occiput (6x). Encountering the Scout is uncommon, but it’s not as uncommon as the rest of the monsters on this list.
20. Giant
The Giant can deal 40% damage with punches and 24% damage using its tongue. With a health pool of 120, staggering the Giant requires targeting its 40 Stagger HP. Although it moves at a slow pace, its threat level is classified as high, making encounters intense. To maximize damage, players should focus on the weak points—dealing double damage to the back, 1.5 times damage to the head, and an impressive triple damage to the Occiput. Giants are pretty commonly encountered in the game.
19. Big Shooter
Armed with a damaging projectile at 6%, Big Shooter boasts a health pool of 150, making it pretty brutal to come across. With a stagger HP of 40, it exhibits a slow but imposing speed. Despite its low threat level, beware of its weak points, strategically located at the back (2x), head (2x), and occiput (4x). Encounters with this common foe require careful consideration and strategic maneuvers.
18. Hybrid
Inflicting damage through a combination of powerful punches (12%) and projectiles (4%), the Hybrid poses a significant threat. With an HP of 150, the Hybrid requires strategic efforts to overcome. Its stagger hit points stand at 40, adding to its resilience. With an average speed, this adversary falls into the medium-high threat level when encountered alone, escalating to a high threat level when faced in waves. Identifying weak points becomes crucial, with the back (2x), head (2x), and occiput (4x) being susceptible areas.
17. Spitter
The Spitter inflicts damage equivalent to 4% of your character’s health, accompanied by a 10% infection rate, with reduced impact at a distance. Classified as a Low to Medium threat, especially when encountered in groups, the Spitter is a rare occurrence. It’s also a monster that doesn’t move from where you encounter it.
16. Cocoon
While the Cocoon’s damage capabilities remain undisclosed, the threat level oscillates between medium and very high, particularly when alarms sound. Encounters with Cocoon are rare, adding an element of unpredictability to its presence. Like the Spitter, this monster stays in place.
15. Charger
The Charger has a punch that inflicts 4% damage and a tongue attack causing 18% damage. It also has a health pool of 30 and a stagger HP of 6.5. That means that the Charger maintains an average speed, presenting a medium threat level. Its vulnerability lies in the back, where attacks can deal double damage (2x). Encounters with the Charger are relatively rare.
14. Big Charger
Big Charger packs a punch with a 40% damage rating for its powerful punches and a 24% damage rating for its menacing tongue. With HP at 120, the Big Charger proves to be a pretty difficult enemy. Big Charger is categorized as fast, elevating its threat level to very high when encountered alone and reaching extreme proportions in groups. Identifying weak points is crucial, and targeting its back proves to be twice as effective. Encounters with Big Chargers are rare but come with a high level of intensity and challenge.
13. Charger Scout
Dealing significant 12% Punch damage with a medium health pool of 60 points, the Charger Scout exhibits a Stagger HP of 5 and an average speed. It has a high threat level, making encounters particularly challenging. Strategically, the Charger Scout reveals vulnerability in its back, where attacks can be doubly effective. Keep a vigilant eye out, it’s rare to encounter a Charger Scout, but there’s a reason why it’s number 14 on our list. It has huge, black tentacles coming out of it so, it’s pretty hard to miss anyway.
12. Shadow
The Shadow monster is a mysterious enemy with a 12% damage tongue strike. Despite its low health of 20 points, its ability to withstand a Stagger HP of 5 still makes it wild to come across. Shadow moves slowly, and while its threat level is medium, encountering it is considered a rare occurrence. To gain the upper hand, target its weak points strategically—the back with a 2x multiplier, the head with a 3x multiplier, and the occiput with an impressive 6x multiplier.
11. Big Shadow
With a devastating 40% Punch and 24% Tongue damage, the Big Shadow has high health at 120 points. It also has 40 Stagger HP and fast speed. Mixed with a very high threat level, it’s sure to be a challenging encounter. To maximize your advantage, target its weak points, including the back (2x), head (1.5x), and occiput (3x). It’s rare to come across it, but the amount of damage that it deals alone should be enough to tell you to run away.
10. Shadow Scout
The Shadow Scout has 4% projectile damage, medium health standing at 42 points, and a Stagger HP of 5. It also showcases a dual-speed profile – slow when patrolling and average when engaged in combat. With a high threat level, encountering the Shadow Scout is a rare occurrence. Strategic attacks to its weak points, including the back (2x), head (3x), and occiput (6x) are essential for those brave enough to confront this very rare and dangerous opponent. Its dual movement speed is what places it in the tenth most difficult. Like the other scouts, this one also has terrifying feelers.
9. Baby Striker
Yes, Baby Striker is a baby version of Striker. Part of what puts it in the ninth most difficult is that it has a 4% damage tongue attack. With very low health standing at 5 points, it has a Stagger HP of 5, complemented by an impressive speed, categorizing it as very fast. While individually posing a low threat level, these creatures can escalate to medium threat levels when encountered in groups. Unveiling weak points at the back (2x), head (2x), and occiput (4x), the Baby Striker offers a unique challenge. Encounters with these creatures are exceptionally rare, typically arising from Mother Spawns. Fun fact: the Baby Striker is the only monster that the 10 Chambers team made a plush of.
8. Flyer
The Flyer should be categorized as its own type of monster. Armed with a 4% projectile damage and with low health at 16.2, the FLyer airborne monster possesses a Stagger HP of 4. With an average to faster side speed, it presents a medium to high threat level, particularly when encountered in groups. To effectively counter this uncommon opponent, target its weak points located at the mouth, with a potential triple multiplier for a strategic advantage.
7. Big Flyer
Like the Baby Striker, the Big Flyer is a big version of the Flyer. You can expect it to have really high health at 150 points and a Stagger HP of 150. With a high threat level and rare occurrence, encountering the Big Flyer demands strategic prowess. Exploit its weaknesses at the mouth (3x) and back (3x) to stand a chance against this formidable foe. You and your friends might sit there for a while taking it down.
6. Snatcher
With robust health standing at 225 points and a formidable Stagger HP of 40, this adversary is a force to be reckoned with. It is incredibly fast and has a high threat level, making the Snatcher even more formidable in groups. Identifying its weak points, located at the back and providing a double vulnerability factor, is crucial for those daring enough to confront this rare and powerful opponent.
5. Mother
The Mother is the first big boss on this list. She is a menacing entity with incomprehensible damage, including very high health at 126 per tumor and a whopping 1000 in total. With a staggering HP of 1000, an impressive speed, and an exceptionally high threat level, facing this adversary is a daunting challenge. The Mother’s weak points are its tumors, offering a strategic focus for those brave enough to confront this rare and formidable foe. For the most part, she’s physically more terrifying than she is difficult, if that even means anything.
4. Big Mother
If you haven’t already noticed, there’s a bit of a trend with big and baby monsters. Inflicting damage is difficult to quantify as it’s classified as N/A, but its health stands at an astonishingly high 313 per tumor, totaling an imposing 2500. With a staggering Stagger HP of 2500, remarkable speed, and an exceptionally high threat level, encountering Big Mother is an extremely rare event. To overcome this behemoth, players must target its weak points, the five tumors, presenting both a strategic challenge and a rare opportunity for those daring enough to confront it.
3. Tank
Introducing the Tank, a monster with a 32% Punch and 14% Tongue damage. With very high health, totaling 1000, and an impressive 150 per tumor, this adversary is a true force to be reckoned with. Sporting a Stagger HP of 400, the Tank exhibits both slow and fast speeds, the latter kicking in when charging. With a very high threat level and weak points located in its three tumors, we had to bump it up high on the list.
2. Immortal
Second to last is the Immortal, a nightmarish entity with an arsenal of devastating attacks, taking advantage of a 32% Punch and 14% Tongue damage. It is virtually invincible, boasting an unkillable health pool of 1 billion. With a staggering HP of 400, the Immortal exhibits slow movement, but beware—its speed escalates to a rapid pace when charging. Rated at an extremely high threat level, encountering this monstrous adversary is a rarity, and with no discernible weak points, facing the Immortal demands unparalleled skill and strategic prowess.
1. Kraken
Finally, there’s the Kraken, a formidable entity with a 4% projectile damage capability and an absurdly high health pool, boasting 1200 per tumor and a total of 6000. That’s the highest amount of HP of all the above enemies. Despite its fast speed, the Kraken rarely moves, adding an element of unpredictability to its encounters. Its threat level is marked as ://ERROR, emphasizing the enigmatic and potentially catastrophic nature of this creature. To gain an advantage, target the big tumors, as they are identified weak points with a 1.5x vulnerability. Encountering the Kraken is shrouded in mystery, denoted by an occurrence label of ://ERROR.
