Copper in Lego Fortnite is a must-have resource when you reach mid-game, and you’ll need it for many useful blueprints. However, Copper is not as easy to get as you might think because you need to go to a biome other than the Grasslands where you start the game. You must enter dangerous places like Lava Cave to reach Copper’s location in Lego Fortnite. There is also a requirement that your Pickaxe must meet to get Copper in Lego Fortnite. At the same time, you will need Hot Resistance at your destination, so you must make certain preparations before going there.
Copper Location in Lego Fortnite
To get Copper in Lego Fornite, you first need to go to Dry Valley, the Desert biome. When you first start the game, you will spawn in the Grasslands, and you will need to do a lot of exploration to get there. Once you go and get Flexwood from Dry Valley, your job will be much easier because, with Flexwood, you can make a Hot Air Balloon in Lego Fortnite and travel faster by flying.
When you come to Dry Valley, you will see caves, just like in Grasslands. These caves are called Lava Caves in Lego Fortnite because they are extremely hot and contain lava. So you should be prepared before you come here and craft a Snowberry Shake to keep you cool. Lava Caves are quite dangerous and difficult to move around as some areas are covered in lava. Sometimes, you may not even be able to cross certain areas. To avoid such a situation, craft a Glider or Grappler before coming here. Grapplers will become handy, especially in Lava Caves. In Lego Fortnite, you can distinguish the Copper by its orange color as you wander through the Lava Caves. It appears as crystals on walls and ceilings. You will need at least a Rare Pickaxe to be able to mine it.
The Lava Caves in Lego Fortnite are home to extremely dangerous and powerful Skeleton creatures. Their damage and health are both quite high. Some of them will also throw Dynamite at you from a distance, so compared to Grasslands Caves, Lava Caves are chaotic.
So make sure you also bring a Shield, Crossbow, extra Sword, and plenty of food. In Lego Fortnite, you can use Copper to make Copper Bars with the Smelter. This will unlock many new blueprints and increase your progress in the game.
