Knowing where to find termites in Grounded is surprisingly important because these creepy crawlies are valuable for your survival. Termites you kill drop Termite Parts, a resource used in crafting the Termite Axe, Termite Armor, and Repair Glue. Getting your hands on Termite Parts helps keep your arsenal in peak condition. That’s a big deal considering the number of Spiders, Mosquitoes, and other threats Obsidian dropped in the backyard. If you can fight your way through the Soldiers, it’s worth it. Here’s what you need to know about where to find Termites in Grounded.
Termite Location in Grounded
If you want to know where to find Termites in Grounded, you’ll need to start your search in the northwest corner of the backyard. That’s the location of both Termite Dungeons, which are where you’ll need to look for these hungry little woodworkers. Descend into the canyon on the west side of the yard and proceed to the location marked on the map above. There, at the base of the cliff, you’ll find a small opening to the first Termite Dungeon. It’s well-hidden, so you’ll need to get close to spot it.
Second Termite Dungeon Location
To find the second Termite Dungeon, start from the spot marked on the map above and head north toward the woodpile. One of the boards is angled upward, forming a ramp. Climb it. At the top you’ll find a large hole that the termites have chewed through the log, forming a tunnel. Head inside and you’ll know where to find all the Termites you could ask for in Grounded. It won’t be long before you get your hands on a shiny new Tier 3 Termite Axe. Just be careful of the Termite Soldiers within, because they pack a nasty bite.
Grounded is available for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
