The Item Printer is a piece of technology that allows you to create a variety of items using TM Materials and BP. This machine will be very useful, as it will allow you to get rid of unnecessary loot after research and also get some benefits from it. Next, you will learn how to get and use the Item Printer in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: The Indigo Disk. If you’re an experienced player and haven’t unlocked this feature yet, you should definitely do so to make your gameplay easier.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: The Indigo Disk – How to Get Item Printer
First, you’ll need to partially progress in the game. Your first goal will be to join the BB League club. This can be done by talking to Drayton, one of the Blueberry Academy Elite Four members. Once this is done, follow these steps:
- Go to the League Club Room and interact with the computer.
- Among the offered options, select Contribute BP and you will see the Support Board with a list of different tasks.
- Among them, you will find the “Seeking testers for our Item Printer” quest, and you’ll learn that its Requester is Reese, one of the members of Since Club.
- Now, you’ll need to donate 200 BP to the Since Club. You can also do this via computer by interacting with the above task.
- When you do this, exit the computer interface, and you’ll receive a call to your Rotom.
- After the call ends, Reese will come to the League Club Room and place an Item Printer near the computer you interacted with.
After following these steps, you can use the Item Printer for your own purposes. It looks like a small structure made up of two large blue Pokeballs of different shapes.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: The Indigo Disk – How to Use Item Printer
The mechanics of creating items may look rather strange because you cannot choose the recipe you want. So to use it, go to the League Club Room, and you’ll see it in the corner of the room, next to Reese. When you interact with it, Reese will ask you what you want to do. Select the “I want to print something!” option to open the Item Printer interface.
On the right side of the interface, the first thing you’ll notice is the ability to select the number of Print Jobs. This means the number of items that will be created in the post-processing of TM Materials. Each item you create will cost you 5 BP. In addition, you will also need to fill in the Required Materials section to 100%, after which you can click the “Print Items” button to get a random item.
On the left side of the screen, you will see the TM Materials you have available and how many percentage points of the progress bar they will fill. All TM Materials have their own percentage that they will fill the scale with. Here’s a list of all TM Materials and their percentage of progress:
