Is it any surprise that eating is as important as fighting in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot? Goku alone can scarf down enough meals to feed 100 people twice over. So, hunting for ingredients is a fun side feature in the game. Most meals are optional, but when it comes to Frozen Rabbit Meat, it’s a mandatory ingredient to find in DBZ: Kakarot, at least, for one mission. We’ll help you locate the Frozen Rabbit Meat so you can coast by that mission and find more whenever you want to feed Goku and crew.
Frozen Rabbit Meat Location in DBZ: Kakarot
During Episode 8: Fleeting Normality in the DBZ: Kakarot Cell Saga, you’re first tasked to find Frozen Rabbit Meat to advance the story. This is because Chi-Chi needs to make lunch, and Frozen Rabbit Meat is a necessary ingredient.
You can follow the steps below to locate the ingredient:
- Go to the Darlinge Polynya region (North Mountains area).
- Search around the upper eastern area within the woods.
- Locate and destroy the massive ice block to find the meat. You should see a man nearby mentioning the ingredient.
Frozen Rabbit Meat is a unique ingredient in DBZ: Kakarot in that it only spawns in a single area and always in a block of ice. It’s simple to destroy, though, and the moment you do, the meat automatically flies toward you. The only other way you can get the ingredient is to complete a Level 45 quest from Master Roshi, as he’ll reward you with 2x Frozen Rabbit Meat.
How To Use Frozen Rabbit Meat
As we mentioned before, Frozen Rabbit Meat is initially used to complete a part of the Fleeting Normality episode. You’ll simply turn it into Chi-Chi the same way you do anything else she needs for lunch.
However, this isn’t the only instance where you can use Frozen Rabbit Meat in DBZ: Kakarot. If you purchased either the Deluxe or Legendary Editions of the game, you will receive a recipe add-on for Aged Wild Steak. This recipe requires x2 Frozen Rabbit Meat. The meal gives great boosts to HP, Ki ATK, and Melee ATK.
Once you fly to the right region, you should locate a few ice blocks that will reward you with Frozen Rabbit Meat once destroyed. As it’s not used in more than one recipe after the initial one in the questline, you shouldn’t have to collect much of it.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo.
