The Counter Recond sense is one of the two abilities that Medium class builds can use that allows players to see through the wall.

The only way to totally counter the recon senses is to use a smoke grenade. Recond Senses cannot see through the smoke which will give you the chance to attack or flee or any other strategy you have in your mind.
