Your main task in this pet-collecting Roblox game is to catch various kinds of Pets using the Pet Cubes. Their uniqueness is separated into different categories: Common, Rare, Epic, and others — a system that should be familiar to Pet-type game players. However, not all of these cute and blocky Pets can be encountered normally. Secret Pets in Pet Catchers are special Legendary and Shiny Pets that only spawn or hatch through distinctive means.
What Do You Need To Hatch Secret Pets in Pet Catchers?
To hatch Secret Pets, which are Legendary rarity Pets, you need to collect Elite Mystery Eggs. The Pets hatched from Elite Eggs are at Epic rarity and above while the standard Mystery Eggs are only at Common, Rare, or Epic.
Elite Mystery Eggs can be obtained through seven different ways:
- Completing quests.
- Finishing quests listed in Pet Index and Frosty Peaks’ Bruh Bounty Board might reward you with Eggs.
- Completing boss fights.
- Auburn Woods’ King Slime is very easy to farm. The mission has a 20-minute cooldown timer. Boss Rush Event increases more drops.
- Completing minigames.
- Using the Egg Shrine in Sunset Shores.
- You can claim 60 Elite Mystery Eggs for every 1 hour.
- Defeating enemies at Dusty Dunes and above.
- As a bonus, loot from Fishing.
- The higher your Fishing Rod level, the bigger the chance of getting rarer bonus loot.
- By purchasing Bundles from the Shop menu.
Once you have owned Elite Mystery Eggs, hatch them by opening the Items tab of your Inventory menu. The Egg is listed under the Powerups category. Click on the Elite Mystery Egg and press the Use button to start hatching.
You can spend Robux to raise your chance of hatching rare Legendary Pets with the paid Ultra Luck Powerup. Otherwise, you can wait until a Lucky Event is running, which also increases the Legendary Pets hatch rates for 20 minutes.
Can You Catch Secret Pets?
Of course, you can! Aside from hatching Elite Mystery Eggs, Secret Pets in Pet Catchers will also spawn randomly throughout all in-game areas. A server-wide notification will be shown on your screen when a Legendary or Shiny Pet appears. If you are afraid you missed the notification, you can always check the chat menu.
The random spawn and catch rates for Legendary Pets are increased during a Lucky Event as well. So we suggest you gather as many Elite Mystery Eggs as you can and start hatching or catching Legendaries when an event is going on.
