Chanel West Coast didn’t have the best response as she braved a sheer chainmail dress in her pre-weekend Instagram share. The former MTV star, 35, put on a racy display as she uploaded a video to her feed while on set for a shoot, and it was very much a see-through affair as she embraced the trend also loved by Miley Cyrus and Kim Kardashian.
Sizzling in a metallic dress worn braless as she flashed her briefs and posed in heels, Chanel confidently showed off her post-baby curves, but for fans, it wasn’t about the body confidence. Users were quick to shame the mom of one for showing so much skin, and one fan even deemed the Ridiculousness alum “desperate.”

Looking confident as she highlighted her cleavage, flat stomach, and curvy hips, Chanel struck poses from an indoor space while rocking a look that wouldn’t go amiss on actress Megan Fox.
Flashing a hefty amount of chest in her sleeveless dress, the Miami-based star also showed plenty of cheek as she donned a thong, with a criss-cross back detail further drawing attention to her toned upper body.
Going chic with her dark locks in a low bun, Chanel sported plenty of makeup bringing out her features, also opting for black mules as she added height to her frame.
Fans Are Calling Her ‘Desperate’
In a caption, Chanel told fans: “On set shooting for @face_the_mag.” While over 60,000 fan likes have been left, the comments section is littered with critical remarks.
“Why does everybody think fashion is showing all of your body parts?” one fan asked. “eave no imagination… sickening…🙄,” another said. Also appearing unimpressed was a fan calling the TV face “desperate.”
“No self-respect, just show your naked body off to everyone,” a further fan stated.
Chanel joins the list of celebrity mothers not afraid to keep up a racy image despite having a kid. Chanel’s fans tend to welcome her embracing this side of herself, and one fan did show up amid the spat of hateful replies.
Defending the Coasty Swim founder, they wrote: “I cannot believe the women on here tearing her apart. Especially those talking about her boobs. Hateful, rude, and definitely not any positive vibes. Not every woman hides behind a computer screen bashing other women. Some have secure relationships and are told just how beautiful they are everyday. You should try it sometime.”
Chanel will likely soon make much bigger headlines, though. She’s got a new reality series in the works and has even launched her own podcast.
