Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are no longer husband and wife. Their two-year-long marriage was dissolved by a Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, March 19. According to the terms of their settlement, Gomez will receive a hefty sum from Grande in the divorce. Apart from paying the real estate agent $1.25 million, the “yes, and?” singer will give her ex-husband half of the money made in the sale of their Los Angeles home. On top of that, she has agreed to cover up to $25k of his attorney fees.
Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez Are Officially Divorced
Grande and Gomez split in February 2023. However, their separation didn’t become public until months later. They first sparked breakup rumors in July when Grande was spotted without her wedding ring while attending the Wimbledon 2023 tennis championships. Although fans hoped the singer was just getting her ring cleaned, they were soon proved wrong when news broke that Grande had begun dating her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater.
Their relationship was all but confirmed when Slater filed for divorce from his wife, Lilly Jay, that July. Meanwhile, Grande filed for divorce from Gomez in September. Since Grande and Gomez’s breakup became public around the same time as her new relationship with Slater, many accused the singer of cheating on her spouse.
Grande hasn’t directly responded to the accusations. However, she appeared to reference the speculation surrounding her love life in her latest single “yes, and?” The track, which is featured on her Eternal Sunshine album, is a self-love anthem about ignoring your biggest haters. During the bridge, she sings:
Your business is yours and mine is mine. Why do you care so much whose **** I ride?

According to fans, Ariana Grande also appeared to sing about her ex-husband Gomez in the song “eternal sunshine.” Meanwhile, they’re convinced “the boy is mine” is about Slater.
