After all the doom and gloom we’ve seen in Penacony, Honkai Star Rail has given us the Vignettes in a Cup permanent event. If you’re tired of crying your heart out for all the loss we’ve experienced in the land of dreams and want something more lighthearted, this is perfect for you. Besides, similar to previous events, this one is permanent, and you don’t have to worry about finishing it in a day unless you want the limited-time rewards. So, buckle up, grab your barista tools, and let’s see how running this business goes.
How To Complete Vignettes in a Cup in Honkai Star Rail
Before you attempt to complete Vignettes in a Cup in HSR, you must finish 2.1’s Trailblaze Missions or main quests. Once you do that, you can head to the event’s tab and start this. Remember that this event is similar to Huohuo’s as it is long; there’s a lot of running around and plenty of Stellar Jade. So, without further ado, let’s break down this event.

By the end of stage 2, Spade and Mr. Bigwig will start arguing, but you will have their trust at 100% to unlock their Emo Dial. This will fix the emotional and machine problems of both monsters.

Here, you can fix Melancholy and Lady’s emotional problems, but Starlet will go into berserk mode, and you will have to fight the mechanical gorilla; for this battle, take Physical, Wind, Lightning, Fire, or Imaginary.

At the end of the stage, you have to talk to Starlet and go inside its emotional world; you will have to overcome the monster test. Then, Mr. Bigwig will ask you to accompany him to look for Siobhan in the city, and on the way, you will talk to some of your friends. In the end, you will return to the bar, but some Bloodhound Family Members will challenge you to a fight. When you defeat them, Siobhan will arrive to clear things up and ask you for one more drink before you can use the Emo Dial on her. In Shiobhan’s mind, you must find all her monster friends and fix all the misunderstandings to finish the HSR event Vignettes in a Cup.
Vignettes in a Cup HSR: All Recipe Deduction
In addition to the main story where you talk and solve customer problems, you must discover more drinks. The other part of the Honkai Star Rail‘s event Vignettes in a Cup is Recipe Deduction, where you must imitate the drinks in the images, but these are the recipes for each one:

Once you complete the HSR event Vignettes in a Cup, you’ll be able to obtain many Stellar Jades and a 4-star character of your choice, including Gallagher, Misha, Xueyi, Hanya, Guinaifen, Luka, Lynx, and Yukong. You can only pick one, so check which Eidolons you have before locking in your choice. Overall, I feel this was a fantastic event and a pallet cleanser after the many plot twists of 2.1’s main story. Hopefully, HoYoverse will add more activities similar to this so we can forget all the loss and chaos happening in Penacony.
