One of these new sets is the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy set, artifacts that are designed to increase the damage of characters who use the Bond of Life mechanic. In other words, this set is tailor-made for the new character, Arlecchino. How to Unlock the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy Set in Genshin Impact
Artifacts are dropped as rewards from specialized domains. To unlock the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy set in Genshin Impact, locate the “Faded Theater” domain and clear the battle within it. You’ll also need 40 Resin or a Condensed Resin available to claim the reward. The Faded Theater is located in Fontaine’s Petrichor area listed above. Unlock the domain to receive 5 Primogems and a Teleport Waypoint to the new domain.
Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy Set Bonus
Each artifact set provides a “set bonus” that increases your character’s stats and provides a specialized buff effect for the equipping character. This is based on how many pieces of the required set you have equipped on each character. Here are the full bonuses of the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy set:
- 2-Piece Bonus: ATK +18%.
- 4-Piece Bonus: When the value of a Bond of Life increases or decreases, this character deals 18% increased DMG for 6s. Max 3 stacks.
Recommended Characters For the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy Set
The Bond of Life mechanic is an effect that prevents your character from receiving healing. This artifact set allows your characters to receive a damage buff when they receive a new Bond of Life effect. So far, only one character in the game takes advantage of the Bond of Life state. Arlecchino can create her own Bond of Life effects and gain damage buffs from them, so she is a natural user of this artifact set.
Aside from this, the weapons Finale of the Deep and Flowing Purity can both create a Bond of Life effect on equipping characters. The Finale of the Deep is a Sword while the Flowing Purity is a Catalyst, so any DPS characters using these two weapons can also utilize this artifact set. This isn’t terribly effective but can be an option if you find yourself farming this domain and find artifacts with great stats.
