There areย no official and exact release dates set for Homelander inย Mortal Kombat 1.ย However,ย the recent tease by Ed Boon has listed this character to comeย next after Ermac.ย Homelander might join theย MK1ย roster onย June 13, 2024, when theย fourth season ofย The Boysย TV series goes live.

The creator of the Mortal Kombat franchise has posted a very short clip of Liu Kang’s face-off with Homelander in MK1. This video doesn’t include any lines by Homelander, but Liu Kang mentions that John Gillman has chosen war with a god.
Now this is very unfortunate that we don’t get to see Homelander in action soon enough. However, Ed Boon has teased more info besides the debut of Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1.
Accordingly, there are more plans forย MK1. That means more online features, classic costumes, Kameos, new moves, and secrets.ย This is what we have been receivingย with every season of Invasions since last year.ย However, withย “aย LOT” bell ringing in our heads, one might wonder what that would mean.
