The Watchers is a horror movie written and directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan (Servant), based on the book of the same name by A.M. Shine. The Watchers follows a group of people who live in a shelter in a forest, as they are trapped by mysterious creatures that come out at night to watch them. If you are waiting in the theater, feel free to leave once the credits begin to roll, as The Watchers does not have a post-credits scene. Of course, you could stay in the theater and watch the names of all the hardworking people who made the movie, but there are no extra scenes or stingers that you’ll need to stay in your seat for. So, if the book is well-received and The Watchers does well at the box office, we could see a sequel sometime in the future.
