Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s ex-husband, Ryan Anderson, has publicly condemned the former prisoner’s current boyfriend, Ken Urker. On Tuesday, he took to social media to accuse Gypsy Rose Blanchard‘s boyfriend of being the reason behind their failed marriage. Speaking to over 20,000 viewers during a live session on TikTok, Anderson claimed Urker re-inserted himself into Blanchard’s life due to the publicity she received after her release from prison in December 2023.
“‘Oh I didn’t realize all the attention she’d be getting,'” he mocked Urker per OK Magazine.
“That’s why you came back ain’t it?” Anderson asked. You saw all the attention she was getting. ‘Oh, I didn’t think she’d be this big.’ Yeah, that’s why you came back, f**l.” Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s ex-husband reportedly said. Anderson made it clear he didn’t like Urker and didn’t care what fans thought about it. Afterward, he proceeded to label Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s boyfriend a punk.
“He’s a punk. I don’t want y’all to be against gypsy, like at all. That’s not what I’m asking. I want y’all to support Gypsy. Gypsy’s great. I think Gypsy’s amazing,” he said.
Anderson’s remarks about Urker come about two months after Blanchard filed for a divorce. The pair began dating in July 2021 while Blanchard served time in prison. She bagged an eight-year sentence for second-degree murder after plotting the murder of her mother, Dee Dee, in 2015. Nearly a year after they began dating, Blanchard and Anderson obtained a marriage license in Chillicothe, Missouri, on June 22, 2022. The following month, they held a small ceremony with no guests. The couple’s marriage remained blissful for over a year despite Blanchard being behind bars. However, in December 2023, she finally regained her freedom and reunited with her husband.
Unfortunately, Blanchard and Anderson’s marriage ended only a few months after her release. In March 2024, she announced her separation from the teacher and filed for divorce the following month. After filing for divorce, Blanchard reconciled with Urker, her former fiancé, who she is currently dating. Amid the drama, Anderson has said he misses his ex-wife and still has all the love in the world for her. No one knows what will happen next in this drama that seems to never end.
