Trading is an important aspect of Bee Swarm Simulator, just as much as it is in other pet-collecting Roblox games like Pet Simulator 99. While you can’t trade bees themselves, it’s one of the main ways to get Beequips. There are also Cub Buddies to trade and it’s not uncommon to trade one for the other. There’s just one problem: you can’t trade right away in Bee Swarm Simulator. It has to be unlocked first.
How to Unlock Trading in Bee Swarm Simulator
To unlock trading in Bee Swarm Simulator, you need to first know how to get the Playtime Cadet Badge and 20 bees. The Playtime Cadet Badge is by far the easiest since it only requires that you play for 8 hours in total. No need to leave the game running overnight!
Because you need 20 bees to unlock trading, this will take a good bit of time, so you’ll gradually run the clock on the Playtime Cadet Badge naturally. If you have the free time, two hours a day will knock out the badge in four days.
That’s a lot of bees, to be honest and the eggs get pretty expensive. Luckily, the type of egg isn’t specified, which means you can farm Basic Eggs, the cheapest and easiest to get. To get them quickly, try this:
- Events: Take advantage of events. These usually have some kind of temporary resource you can collect, like Snowflakes, that can be traded in for eggs.
- Use any and all power-ups: When you’re mindlessly gathering pollen, you’ll pick up power-ups along the way. Don’t be stingy; use them immediately.
- Prioritize your harvesting first: It’s tempting to upgrade pollen generating and inventory at the same time, it’s better to harvest pollen faster than carry more.
- Complete bear quests: The bear NPCs all around Bee Swarm Simulator have quests for you to complete, and rewards often include eggs.
When you’re earned the badge and hatched 20 bees, make sure your trade requests are turned on. It’s in the Settings menu, just under the Options section. Additionally, you can send trade requests of your own from the same Settings menu, just under the promo codes box.
