Detroit: Become Human
This article is over 8 years old and may contain outdated information.

Since its announcement a couple years ago, Detroit: Become Human has pretty much flown under the radar. Little has been seen of the game (we got a nice chunk of gameplay at E3 2016), but all that changed at Sony’s conference. An extended reveal was shown, with a third lead character Markus coming to the forefront of what looks like an intricate story.

Detroit Become Human - E3 2017 Trailer

As is the norm with Quantic Dream games, Detroit: Become Human heavily focuses on player choice. Each decision you make can drastically change the outcome of the story, usually leading to numerous endings depending on your actions. Not only does this add great replay value to the game, it also gives players a chance to become invested in a variety of characters.

Detroit: Become Human

Detroit: Become Human has been a long time in the making. The game looks gorgeous, and with each trailer or clip of gameplay that we see, the story seems to get even more complex. The newest gameplay trailer that was revealed shows off Markus leading what looks to be an android revolution. Scenes of high action were interspersed with the building intensity of the revolt, all while the game invites players to “create your own story.”

The only downside to the extended gameplay trailer was Quantic Dream still did not announce a release date for this highly anticipated title. Hopefully, we get one soon. Stay updated with The Nerd Stash for all Detroit: Become Human news and E3 2017 coverage.
